To relax the shoulder and back areas

Get on all four in front of your mobisit. The narrow side is facing you. Place your hands on it and exercise at a moderate speed.

Pure relaxation – as an aid to falling asleep

Lay down in front of your mobisit and loosely place your feet on it.
Select a slow speed.

Place both feet on the mobisit and rotate your feet from the inside edges to the outside edges and back.
Select a moderate speed.

To relax the shoulder and neck area

Place your feet somewhat further forward on the mobisit. The vibrations are transferred to the shoulder and back area by gentling resting the elbows on the knees.
